SUPRA - ACH Payments
SUPRA is no longer accepting ACH payments for their monthly debits. If you are currently using this form of payment, please update it to a debit/credit card by Jan. 28, 2021. Pre-paid cards can also be used as a payment option (Visa/MC/Amex).
You can change your payment method in one of several ways. The first two options are more efficient and provide a better user experience:

If the Keyholder has the Supra eKEY app, the payment can be changed from ACH to a debit/credit card in the Payment Management option in the app.

In SupraWEB, Keyholders can select the Billing tab to change their payment option from ACH to debit/credit card
-
The Supra call center can be contacted at 1-877-699-6787 to change the payment option.

The Supra association/MLS system administrator can change the payment option in SupraNET

Charitable Donations
Due to the cancellation of the annual Christmas Party due to COVID-19, the budgeted funds were donated to the following local charities: The Children's Shelter and Family Service Center, The Family Shelter of Southern Oklahoma, The Grace Center of Southern Oklahoma, and The Hope Pregnancy Center of Southern Oklahoma.

SUPRA - New iPhone Troubleshoot
If you have ordered a new iPhone, you will need to update the SUPRA app while on WiFi. Otherwise, you may have issues connecting to the account. SUPRA is currently working to fix this issue.

Code of Ethics Requirements
Sign in to your account on the NAR website and see if you've fulfilled your Code of Ethics Training requirement.
If so, the course and/or date may need to be manually entered by SOBR to be accurately reflected on the COE reports.
If not, you can take the COE Training Course on the site.
